Can't open unauthorized programs

If I downloaded some little program of the internet sometimes I can't open it because it is unauthorized. Can't go on...

Ctrl button

You just have to hold the ctrl button, press on the icon. then a menu is opening and press on open. in the dialog there is then also a button for opening the program additionally to the cancel-button we had already.

shortcut combination

1) Smc Reset
Connect to electricity (3sec), Shift + Ctr + Alt + Power button

2) PRAM Reset
Alt + Cmd + P + R hold until start sound comes up three times
