Application inaccessible from my country

However, I live in Austria and the service is <strong>only</strong> allowed (legal issue) to be used in set of <strong>countries</strong> such as <strong>Switzerland</strong>.</p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica; min-height: 14.0px;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica;">But it's even worse. The most favoured austrian, german and swiss TV channels are all accessible for free. It would be a <strong>cheap</strong> and <strong>flexible</strong> <strong>alternative</strong> to many cable TV providers .. This provides high quality service at no cost with more channels than my static cable provider..&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica; min-height: 14.0px;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica;">Is there a possiblity to access such services without changing the overall surfing performance and experience dramatically (all other services should work as before with the same browser)? Use IP of another country

The linking seems to change daily or is only one-sided correct.There is a relativley simple solution for the issue of being unable to access services limited to a specific country. You can use service providers offering IP addresses of other countries. This typically cost some Euros / Dollars per month, but might be even free.   From legal perspective it might be a problem to use services of a country you should not be allowed to access from.    Technically this is typically achieved by using VPN. The same technology as it is used for employees to access their organizational data or for students to access their digital libraries. In this process a secure connection (by tunneling encrypted packages) to the service provider ist established. Then the web site call is delegate from this location on to your intended destination.   This can be even used to surpass blocked sites (for countries in which some sites are blocked or in organizations that block online community services) -> free press ;)   Service providers are for example:
