Using bluetooth connection to configure your mobile phone as a wireless modem
Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth at Your Handphone
At your phone, go to Setting -> Menu -> Connections, then click on Bluetooth icon. Turn on Bluetooth, set phone’s visibility to “Show to all” and name “your phone’s name” at your preference.
Step 2: Setup Bluetooth Device at Your Laptop
1. Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Bluetooth Devices. Click on Add.. and a pop-up Add Bluetooth Device Wizard would displayed.
2. Tick “My device is set up and ready to be found” checkbox and click Next.
3. The wizard now will auto search for any available Bluetooth device and display accordingly. Select the new device found and click Next.
4. You will come to passkey setup screen, please choose “Let me choose my own passkey” and enter your desire passkey and click Next.
5. You will see window is installing Bluetooth device. Once completed, you will be asking “Add to My devices?”, click Yes. Enter the same passkey that you have entered previously and press Ok. Please wait while laptop is installing the Bluetooth.
6. Click Finish to complete the Add Bluetooth Device Wizard.
Step 3: Setup New Connection at Your Laptop.
1. Go to Control Panel -> Network Connections, on the right panel click on Create a new connection.
2. You will see a New Connection Wizard window display, click Next.
3. There are few connection types display, please choose Connect to the Internet and click Next.
4. At this screen, please choose Set up my connection manually and click Next.
5. Please choose Connect using a dial-up modem and click Next.
6. At the Device selection screen, choose Modem – Bluetooth DUN Modem (COM21), then click Next.
7. Key in ISP name and click Next.
8. Key in ISP’s phone number and click Next. In this case for Maxis, key in *99#.
9. For Connection Availability, please tick Anyone’s use and click Next.
10. Enter your user name, password and confirm password then click Next.
11. You are now completing the new connection setup, tick “Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop” checkbox and click Finish to close the wizard window.
Entering a wrong Worpress blog URL SOLUTION
What you have to do is to connect to your database (either via terminal, or - if your provider offers you this solution, via the web mySQL Admin).
Now have a look at the wp_options table. if you do a select * you will recognize, that the entry with the option_id=1 has the name site_url. And the option_value is the wrong URL. Simply change this entry back to the write URL using UPDATE TABLE.....

Entering a wrong Worpress blog URL
If you running a wordpress blog on your own webspace, you have to enter the blog and wordpress URL under Admin Control Panel -> Settings.
If you later change this address to a wrong one, your blog will not be working fine anymore. And since you entered the wrong URL you cannot login to the ACP, thus you can not change anything back.

Besides (re)creating data manually, automatic generation or extraction of information already there is a possibility. One more specific possibility are databases which already contain huge amount of highly structured data (for example content management systems or the so called deep web). But how can we make this data part of the semantic web?

Connect the internet from another PC via network switch
I have network switch to connect my PC and my friends' PC together. By the way, the dormitory provides internet connection by only one device that uses USB port. When we want to connect the internet, we have to plug the USB internet connection provided by the dormitory to one PC and use the internet via network switch. But it does not work. Only the PC that connect to the USB internet connection can connect the internet. How to configure it so that Every PC can connect internet via network switch?

Windows SBS2003 Drops Internet Connection
I administrate a small (1 server, <10 clients) network where I deployed a Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard as domain controller, DNS / Exchange / WSUS / PostgreSQL / ... server, and default gateway (2 NICs).
However the internet connection is occasionally dropped. There is no specific behaviour identifyable for it to occur - neither some specific action nor time (sometimes it happens after a few days, sometimes multiple times a day).
After the connection has been dropped, someone must log into the server, disable the offending NIC, enable it again and everything is fine until the next failure. Alternatively one could restart the server, but it has the same effect and also disrupts internal activities.
The internet provider (Inode) was not able to help, as they insisted their side of the network was working fine.
The company urgently requests a fix as it is both cumbersome for them and there is only one person who has the login credentials to the server and knows how to administer the (current) fix.
